Versatta offers Free Shipping on Orders $125 or more when logged into your account!

Select the Free Shipping option at checkout. No coupon code required! Does not apply to International orders or shipping to Alaska or Hawaii.

Shipping Policy

Orders placed after 8am EST will be processed on the following business day from Richmond, Virginia in the United States.

You can expect an in-stock item to ship out within 1 to 3 business days.  We will notify you as soon as possible if we find that we do not have an ordered item on hand when we go to ship the order.

Our shipping service options always include USPS, but variably include UPS or Fedex depending on pricing for each year. We strive to offer you the best deals on fast shipping by renegotiating often.

Expedited orders are fulfilled and shipped with priority over standard shipment orders. We cannot ship expedited orders via UPS to PO boxes, as a result, expedited orders with P.O. Box addresses will be sent via the fastest service USPS offers to your area. Shipping times for expedited shipments through UPS are guaranteed. Shipping estimates are calculated using business days only. UPS operates Monday-Friday. Saturday delivery, while possible, must be specifically requested via contact with a Customer Service representative, and may incur additional fees.

Standard shipping through USPS typically takes 3-4 business days to most locations in the lower 48 states, and sometimes 4-6 days to rural areas and the far west coast, though time estimates for shipment through USPS are not guaranteed.

We can ship to any countries served by USPS, Fedex, and UPS. Shipping to international locations typically takes around 10-14 business days, though time estimates through USPS are not guaranteed. International Customs reserves the right to hold any package for any reason for up to 45 days. Customs fees and taxes cannot be predicted in advance, the customer is responsible for any fees the shipment of their package may incur. The best way to predict the cost of these fees is to contact one’s local Customs office and post office.

Expedited Shipping options only apply to the initial outbound shipment and do not upgrade the return postage or any exchange that needs to be sent out after the initial order.

Returns

*Special orders & Pre-ordered items are non refundable 48 hours past order date. Exchanges are aloud on a case by case basis.

Versatta offers Free Returns and Exchanges for all Orders made in the Contiguous United States! Every Order made within the Contiguous United States includes a Pre-Paid Return Label and Return Card to make returning or exchanging your item quick and painless for 14 days after receiving your item. Exchange Policy

Versatta exchanges are quick and easy. We included a return card with your shipment as well as a pre-printed return label. We offer rapid exachanges, or store credit for you to purchase a different item by marking your choice on the return card. You may return any item (excluding custom orders) within 14 days of its delivery to youfor store credit or an exchange for a different size/color if available. If you do not include instruction with your package, store credit will be applied to your account with us by default. If you do not have an account to which we may apply store credit, one will be created for you and the details of your account will be emailed to you.

Return Policy

Refunds to the payment method used to process your transaction are available upon request. Before you drop your return off, please email  info@versattakilts.com if you want a refund instead of store credit. Once we verify that your item in new condition with tags has made it back your refund will then be processed.

        Standard Restocking Fee:

  1. Clothing and Accessories returned in new condition: No Fee Required.

  2. ANY ITEM returned dirty, damaged, or missing parts will not be eligible for a refund or credit.

Returns must be in their original condition (new and unwashed) in which it was originally shipped to you. Items may be tried on indoors and still be eligible for return, but once they have been worn outdoors they are not eligible for return

We reserve the right to refuse a refund, credit, or exchange for items that are not in a re-sellable condition - regardless of whether the item was worn or not. 

Any item returned with - 

  •  Pet hair

  • Dirt from wearing outdoors/loose packaging

  • Wear and tear from use

  • Bad oder/Smoke smell/Pet smell 

  • Destroyed/missing parts 

  • Missing tags

will NOT be eligible for return or exchange. If you are unsure about whether your item is eligible for return due to condition, email us photos before shipping your item back so that we can avoid the loss of shipping fees. If your return arrives with any of the above conditions, your item will be shipped back to you

We will request a shipping fee from you to ship back your item. If left un-claimed/un-paid for 14 days past the fee being sent to you, your item will be disposed of. The shipping fee will be equal to the calculated amount to ship to wherever your address is and NOT the flat shipping fee we offer with purchases. 

You may return your item to us using the pre-paid return label included in your order*. If you did not receive one with your package, please contact Customer Service at info@versattakilts.com and one will be provided to you. Be sure to bring your package to the shipping company indicated on the return label! Additionally, please fill out the Versatta Returns & Exchanges Card also included in your package with your order number and what you would like to exchange your item for, or if you would like store credit instead. Once you have filled out the card, please include it inside the package with your item. If you do not have a Returns & Exchanges card, please include a legible note explaining how we can help you, including your order number, name, and address.

*International Customers and customers who live in Alaska or Hawaii will not be provided with a pre-paid return label. In these cases, the customer is responsible for the cost of the return shipment, and will be invoiced for the shipment of their replacement item back to them if an exchange is requested.

*- The first return/exchange shipping fee is on us as long as you use the pre-paid return label. Customer is responsible for the shipping fees if more than one return or exchange occurs unless the item they received is incorrect or defective. If you choose to use a shipping service different from the return label we provided, you (the customer) assume all responsibility for shipping fees. 

In some situations an exchange and/or credit are not possible, we will consider a request for a refund on a case by case basis.

*Shipping charges are used to send items and will not be reimbursed as Store Credit, or Refunded as part of a Return.
