Generally, orders placed before 1 p.m. PST will process the same day from our warehouse in Southern California. Heavy sales periods, like holidays, may cause shipping delays.
Expedited orders are fulfilled and shipped with priority over standard shipment orders. We cannot ship expedited orders via UPS to P.O. boxes; as a result, expedited orders with P.O. Box addresses will be sent via the fastest service USPS offers to your area.
Standard shipping through USPS typically takes 3-4 business days to most locations in the lower 48 states, and sometimes 4-6 days to rural areas and the far east coast, though time estimates for shipment through USPS are not guaranteed.

While each preorder is different, lead times can take 120+ days to produce and then ship. Please refer to your order confirmation email for an estimated time of arrival. Don't hesitate to contact us with any additional questions you may have.

Yes! International shipping is handled by an integrated service on our website. Customs and other fees will be displayed along side the shipping charges at checkout.
Expedited Shipping options only apply to the initial outbound shipment and do not upgrade the return postage or any exchange that needs to be sent out after the initial order.

If your order arrives with a material defect, we are happy to exchange your order free of charge.
In any other case, you may return any item (excluding custom or pre-orders) within 14 days of its delivery to you for store credit or an exchange for a different size/color if available. Please CLICK HERE to start your exchange/return.

We do not make kilts with family or organizational tartans, with the exception of the Black Watch and Royal Stewart tartans.
