The Versatta Hybrid Solid Cargo Kilt takes the utility of our cargo line and adds some personality — a bold accent color alternating through the pleats, catching the eye with every step. Heavyweight cotton duck canvas, built for daily wear, with a little more to say than your average kilt.

The waist is a Versatta original: a hidden stretch panel in the back paired with a hook-and-loop front closure gives you 8 inches of adjustment per size. It moves when you move. No belt required. Our signature V belt loops mean you can wear one — you just don't have to.

The two included pockets are removable and interchangeable. Snap them on or take them off — explore our full pocket collection to build your loadout.

    Great kilt! The quality was great. The velcro closer is great as it makes it easy to put on. Was able to use my belt without issues.

    About to retire my first one...

    I got one of these in 2018, and finally have to replace it. I've been wearing kilts full-time (when it's warm enough, I'm crazy, not stupid) since 2005, and this was hands-down the best durability for the money.

    A few minor points that weren't enough to steer me away from getting another one, and that may well have been fixed since then:

    The pocket snaps pop easily if the pockets snag on something - which I guess is better than the pockets getting torn off, but it doesn't take much pull to get them to fall off.

    The pockets are also set a little farther back, around toward the butt, than is natural (which may just be about the size I got).

    I've had to reinforce the velcro on the waistband multiple times, because it gets torn off. And that's with minimal usage, since I keep it loose enough to slide off over my hips when I unhook the belt, and only touch the velcro when I wash it.

    Still absolutely worthwhile, hence getting another one now.
