The Versatta Warmetal Big & Tall Cargo Kilt doesn't look like it came off a shelf — because it didn't. Every kilt gets its own distressed treatment, making each one genuinely unique. Built for people who want a kilt that looks like it's already been somewhere.
For the month of August, we will be offering the ability to order a Warmetal in any of our colors and any of our lengths. Orders must be in by 11:59, August 31, 2026. Due to the production process, Warmetal kilts must be produced in batches, so these can only be ordered during this special MTO period. As a bonus, we're holding prices steady for kilts during this pre-order period - on September 1st, we will have to raise prices on this style.
THESE PHOTOS ARE OF THE 23" LENGTH. We've never produced a 25" Warmetal, so we don't have a photo of one. This listing is for the 25" Big & Tall kilt.
The waist is a Versatta original: a hidden stretch panel in the back paired with a hook-and-loop front closure gives you 8 inches of adjustment per size. It moves when you move. No belt required. Our signature V belt loops mean you can wear one — you just don't have to.
The two included pockets are removable and interchangeable. Snap them on or take them off — explore our full pocket collection to build your loadout.
Heavyweight cotton duck canvas holds structure, resists wind, and gets better with use. This is a kilt built to be worn into whatever comes next.

Made from 100% cotton canvas. Dry cleaning recommended. Cold wash, hang dry, and iron your kilt for an expected five years of wear. But your kilt will last decades if dry-cleaned properly.
Store your kilt using a pant/skirt hanger to prevent wrinkling.

25 inch drop length. Classic masculine style, cut extra long for those over 6 feet tall.
Built with an extremely adjustable comfort waist – a Versatta original design – a hidden stretch panel in the back paired with a hook and loop front closure for 8 inches of adjustment in each size. And wind gust resistant, thanks to the heavyweight fabrication.
All measurements are in inches. Measure yourself at your waist or your hips, depending on how you prefer to wear your kilt. Your US pants size equivalent is typically smaller than your waist measurement. Check out our Sizing Guides for additional help finding your size.

SHIPPING:
Versatta Kilts offers free domestic shipping on orders over $150. Worldwide shipping is available with some exceptions.
Generally, orders placed before 1:00 p.m. PST are processed the same day from our warehouse in Southern California. Shipping may take longer during heavier sale periods.

items. Pay a small returns fee at the time of your purchase, and there is no shipping cost to return your items to us, just handling.
