Welcome to the newly re-built home of Versatta Kilts. We're here with the goal of making your every day epic.
The eagle-eyed among you may have noticed that we've changed the website...just a little.
The most noticeable change is that we've moved to Shopify. The Shopify platform is better suited for operations of our size. Through ShopPay and the Shop network we've opened up new convenient ways to find us and to complete your purchase.
Shopify also gives us access to a wide range of new technology. We're happy to be able to offer Loop returns and exchanges, simplifying and streamlining the process. We're also offering a new customer appreciation loyalty program, giving you the opportunity to earn discounts on future kilts. One of the ways you'll be able to earn points is by participating in our new reviews program. Adding photos or video will get you even more points, and we might end up featuring you on the site!
But the biggest part of the new site is our ability to handle special orders on out-of-stock options. For much of our catalog: if we can make the kilt (we have the colors or tartans in stock at the factory), you can order it. We've got the basics set up now, but we'll add more colors as time goes on. If you've always wanted a hybrid in a length we've never offered it, or have been waiting for a color to come back in stock, chances are you can now order it!
For the styles that can't be made on demand, you'll be able to let us know that you're waiting for it to come back in stock utilizing the "Notify Me" button that will be on the product page. This will give us an idea of what to focus our specialty production on and will make sure you know when the kilt you've been waiting for is available.
Needless to say, this project has taken a lot of our focus and energy over the last few months, but it's not all we've been working on! Look for announcements soon about some of our other projects, including a couple new kilt designs.
